Pricing is based on the number of families in your co-op. Under 10 families is free forever. As you grow, affordable annual plans keep the platform sustainable while remaining budget-friendly for co-ops of all sizes.
We charge just 1% on any transaction processed through the platform using Square. If you accept payments offline (cash, check), there are no transaction fees.
No! SMS messaging and AI Assistant are completely optional add-ons. The core platform includes email communication at no extra cost. Add-ons let you enhance your co-op with text messaging and AI-powered tools only if you need them.
Each time you use the AI Assistant, it counts as interactions. A chat message = 1 interaction, generating a schedule = 5 interactions, curriculum search = 1 interaction. If you exceed your monthly limit, you can pay per interaction or upgrade your plan.
Yes! You can upgrade to Personal Pro anytime with just a few clicks. Your data stays exactly where it is — nothing is lost.
